	DISC ASSEMBLY	ROUN' "TUIT"
1.	Glue main disc halve;together using epoxy. Make sure trailing edge is straight.
Center top and bottom 1/16" x 4" rear wing doubler in place with doubler overlapping
rear spar. Trim to fit fuse cut out and epoxy in place.

2.	With 1/4" edge up, glue the long 1/4" x 1" trailing edge stock to rear, straight
side of disc. Epoxy well, as this is the main spar of the wing. At this time, you
can epoxy the two short 1/4" x 1" trailing~edge pieces to the LEADING edge of the
elevons, making sure to construct a left and right elevon.

3.	Now this is the hard part. Epoxy 1/16" x 1" x 36" balsa stock to the outer edge
of the disk and elevons. This is easy to do if you use duct tape to hold the balsa
in place until the epoxy kicks. We recommend using a slow-drying epoxy as this step
usually takes more than five minutes to complete. Be sure to sheet inside edge
(short side) of elevons with 1/16" balsa.

4.	Epoxy .1/8" x 1" x 16" balsa spacers to the inside of fuse cut out of disc.

5.	On the top side of the two elevons, make a square 1/4" deep hole in the foam to
fit the elevon horn block as shown in plans. Epoxy in place. Do not hinge elevons
or attach to disc until after covering. Wing is now ready for covering.

FUSE
1.	Place one of the three matching lite ply boards on a f~at surface ~ver some wax
paper. Glue the left and right sides to the outside edge of the bottom, as shown on
Page 2 of the drawings.

2.	Install fire wall (5 ply) as shown, with 1/8" down thrust and 1/8~' right thrust.
Epoxy triangle stock around fire wall sides and bottom to add strength.

3.	Install rear fuse wall. Cut 1/4" triangle into 1" lengths and space evenly along
the bottom seams.

4.	Many people hand launch their "TUITS", but if you want to add ~anding gear, glue
a plywood doubler (not supplied) into the floor of the fuse at t~s time, being sure
to center the doubler 12" aft of fire wall.	~

5.	Make and install the mixer tray. Pretty sfmpie. Just. f~Tow the drawings on

the tray slides back and forth smoothly. Insta~1l ai~eron~~trvo~in tray and trim
tray end lower edges so that the servo arms sit 1/8" or more<b~1ow~top edge of fuse.
Mount mixer in fuse as far aft as possible and glue in place.

6.	Use 1/4" x 1/4" stock to make a shoulder around the~op. ed9e of the fuse. Glue
into place along sides and rear of fuse, as shown in drawings.

7.	Shape the fuse top plank 1/8" x 3" x 18 1/4" lite ply to the angle of the fire
wall and install with 6 or 8 small screws screwed into the 1/4" x 1/4' balsa
shoulder rail.

8.	Cover with low temperature film. We have had very good results using Carl

Goldberg's Color Tex.	It also adds quite a bit of strength to the disc. After your
